Hello Dear Parent

Thank you for being here!

I offer one-on-one parental guidance focused on improving parents’ ability to self-regulate, alongside learning tools that strengthen the connection between parent and child. This approach is the result of over 10 years of experience working with parents. The combination of deep self-understanding and a clearer understanding of the child creates meaningful change and lasting transformation within family relationships.

About The Program

This is a structured process made up of three parts:

Part One – Mapping and Direction
Identifying the main challenges and the areas in which we want to grow as parents, while learning and applying practical self-regulation tools.

Part Two – Understanding the Child
Mapping the child’s personality, understanding their emotional needs, and identifying what is important to them in the relationship with their parent.

Part Three – Support and Integration
Ongoing follow-up, guidance, and support throughout the process, with an emphasis on integrating change and strengthening the parent–child relationship.

This process is not time-limited—we walk this path together, at your own pace.

Process details:

  • Weekly sessions

  • One-on-one meetings (in the case of couples, each parent must first go through an individual process before working together as a pair)

  • 60 minutes per session

  • $150 per session

  • Sessions are held online

My Background

As a therapist working with children and adolescents, I have supported dozens of families and parents over the past decade.

I received parent coaching training through the Warriors of Light center, as well as certification in the New Authority approach developed by Professor Haim Omer. This method focuses on establishing parental authority through calm presence, supervision, and self-regulation.

Rather than choosing between overly permissive or overly authoritarian parenting styles, we aim to find a balanced, grounded approach that offers a secure foundation for both the parent and the child.

Over the years, I have helped parents find the balance between their personal lives and the way they engage with their children—supporting them in setting healthy boundaries, encouraging independence, and nurturing emotional connection and meaningful relationships.

Parent Well-Being

As a parent of two young children, I know how it feels.
I know the deep satisfaction that comes when we show up with presence and love —
and I also know what it’s like to parent from our lowest places.

Through my own life journey, I’ve learned that our children are our mirrors.
Real change often begins when we turn our attention inward —
not by trying to fix our children, but by gently asking ourselves:
How am I doing today?

And how am I doing overall?

Am I happy with myself? With my life?

To become the parents we aspire to be, we must first reconnect with our own well-being.
