Erez Levi
Martial Arts Therapist for children

Hello Dear Parent
Thank you for being here!
I offer parents one-on-one personal guidance, where we focus on improving our ability to self-regulate.
When parents are more regulated, they respond to their children in a healthier and more supportive way, make better decisions, and help maintain their children's own emotional balance.
In our work together, we will learn and integrate tools for self-regulation that will support you not only as parents but also in other areas of your life.

My Background
As a therapist working with children and adolescents, I have supported dozens of families and parents over the past decade.
I received parent coaching training through the Warriors of Light center, as well as certification in the New Authority approach developed by Professor Haim Omer. This method focuses on establishing parental authority through calm presence, supervision, and self-regulation.
Rather than choosing between overly permissive or overly authoritarian parenting styles, we aim to find a balanced, grounded approach that offers a secure foundation for both the parent and the child.
Over the years, I have helped parents find the balance between their personal lives and the way they engage with their children—supporting them in setting healthy boundaries, encouraging independence, and nurturing emotional connection and meaningful relationships.

About The Program
In the parent coaching process, we will practice our attunement to ourselves through awareness of the body, sensations, and emotions.
This tool of self-attunement is a powerful gift for life—it allows us to regulate and understand ourselves better, and it enhances our ability to be more present and attentive to our children, so we can offer them the support they truly need.
We will choose three focus areas that you’d like to work on and explore them in depth.
Together, we will examine what is currently missing in order for you to be the parent you wish to be, and identify what might be preventing, blocking, or slowing down your progress.
Sometimes we may discover that something in your life is not serving you anymore and is quietly draining your resources.
This process is not time-limited—we walk this path together, at your own pace.

-

Parent Well-Being
As a parent of two young children, I know how it feels.
I know the deep satisfaction that comes when we show up with presence and love —
and I also know what it’s like to parent from our lowest places.
Through my own life journey, I’ve learned that our children are our mirrors.
Real change often begins when we turn our attention inward —
not by trying to fix our children, but by gently asking ourselves:
How am I doing today?
And how am I doing overall?
Am I happy with myself? With my life?
To become the parents we aspire to be, we must first reconnect with our own well-being.
Dear parents,
I invite you to explore a path that supports your ability to reconnect with yourself through self-attunement — so you can be more present, regulate, grounded, and truly available for your children.
As a child therapist, I can support you in understanding your child’s needs,
and offer insights and guidance to strengthen your bond and deepen your connection.
