Warriors of Light is a training center for children and youth that integrates ancient martial arts traditions with modern child psychology.

Our work is based on the “Way of the Warrior” method — a holistic approach that aims to support healthy, balanced, and positive development for children and teenagers.

The method relates to several central aspects of a child’s life:
• Physical and motor development
• Emotional and mental development
• Personal and social development

Through movement, play, challenges, and shared experiences, children develop self-confidence, resilience, communication skills, listening abilities, and a deeper connection to themselves and others.

One of the core principles of the method is the understanding that the role of the teacher is far greater than simply instructing or leading activities. In this approach, the teacher serves as a meaningful adult figure in the child’s life — a mentor who is also a companion in play and in the journey itself. The teacher provides support, a non-judgmental listening ear, steady presence, and guidance rooted in genuine human connection, while helping children feel seen, safe, challenged, and empowered throughout their developmental process.

The center offers one-on-one programs, group programs, and camps.
